General Programming purpose is to develop and maintain a strong and fit body for whatever life throws at you. Special care is taken to manage training stress because lifting is not your life, you lift to create a better quality of life, and we get that.
This program is for the person that takes training for living strong seriously.
Designed and coached by Crossfit, NASM, USAW, trainers.
Individually Programmed
3-4 days a week strength training
2 days a week aerobic conditioning
1 Rest day
1 Active Rest Day
60 Min Daily Training Time
Weekly video reviews with coaching and cues
