The Elite Recovery Protocol integrates Ice Bath Therapy, Sauna Therapy, and Compression Therapy—three scientifically backed modalities proven to enhance muscle recovery, reduce soreness, and optimize overall athletic performance.

FIT360 is designed to cater to the needs of people who want to get fit. The class is beginner-friendly, and the workouts are diverse, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels. The class includes a variety of exercises such as cardio, strength training, and stretching, and is taught by a Certified Stength & Conditioning Specialist, Kyle Temple; who will guide participants through each exercise to ensure proper form and technique.


Our philosophy is simple, we error on the side of strength. We offer semi-private and one-on-one personal training at our Lebanon location.
